A significant multi-product pipeline in South Africa, with complex technical challenges, the Transnet New Multi-Products Pipeline represents the culmination of cutting-edge innovation in concept, design and implementation. The pipeline system is buried underground over a distance of 715 kilometres.
The NMPP is designed to transport liquid petroleum fuel from Durban to Gauteng and neighbouring regions. We, Reignite has been involved on key technical matters pertaining to corrosion on the NMPP since June 2011 and continues to provide critical technical support during the close out of the Cathodic Protection and AC Mitigation systems installed on the pipeline.
